Well, I actually did it.
I had stated at the end of previous year that I would be starting a podcast, but frankly I wasn’t really sure where to start. I knew what I wanted it to be, but admittedly there was a level of fear and nervousness with recording on my own, and not just being a guest on another show.
Being a guest and answering a question is one thing, but driving the show, building the structure of the conversation, understanding the concept of empty space amongst other things, were all foreign concepts to me. These are not necessarily skillsets you can teach yourself over night (as experienced in the two different versions of this that will never see the light of day).
With that said, I’m proud to finally record my own podcast, one that I hope will find its way into your rotation moving forward as I continue to gain my sea legs in this process.
On today’s show - I dive into:
What we saw from Kade Anderson and Ryan Sloan
The sheer comical size of Lazaro Montes
Michael Arroyo’s surprise infield reps at third base
Brendan Donovan, son of Gimli
Cal Raleigh
Vibes at Camp
Again - thank you so much for your support in both reading, and now listening to Words from the Wharf. Enjoy.
